At Vorexa, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
After 7 days, we may not be able to accept your return request.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
📦 The product must be unused and in its original condition.
🏷️ The product should have its original packaging, labels, and accessories where applicable.
🧾 You must provide your order details or proof of purchase.
🚫 Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or opened may not be eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
4. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another agreed method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to receiving a wrong, defective, or damaged product, Vorexa may cover the applicable return shipping cost.
For returns due to change of mind or ordering the wrong product, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene requirements, personalization, or other applicable restrictions.

Reason for return
Photos/videos, if the product is damaged or incorrect
